I would like to recommend sovereign cleaning services. I found them originally on Thumbtack when I was looking for a house cleaner to come once a month and at other holidays throughout the year. They're always able to squeeze me in when I have my last minute requests. I provide a list of chores I would like complete and everything is done on my list. The cost is very good compared to other cleaners in the area and they bring their own supplies. They work around my weird telecommuting schedule and are very communicative via text. I would definitely reach out at least for a quote.

Sovereignty was terrific. Thanh was communicative and when I needed flexibility on the date, we was able to accommodate. Lee, my primary cleaner was AMAZING! He took pride in work and worked hard to make my apartment move -in ready. They proposed a flat rate, which I prefer and when the job was bigger than either of us expected, the communication great and I had choices. I agreed to slightly more because once all my furniture and boxes were out it was clear to me, too, it was a bigger job that I knew.

Excellent service. Very responsive, showed up exactly when they said they would.
Worked their butts off and finished in the time promised. And my house looks amazing! Plus they are just really nice people. I would hire again in a minute (except I can't because this was a move-out clean and so I don't live in the area any longer :/)
I also have some VERY difficult to clean tiles. They worked so hard on those and got them looking great.

Great service, would recommend! I hired the team for cleaning prior to moving into my new home. I loved how responsive and transparent the team was during the hiring process. I appreciated prior to cleaning, we did a walk through together to discuss the level of cleaning needed in each area and which areas needed the most attention. The team was very thorough and attentive, especially when addressing pet stains and odor that was left by the previous owners. I loved that they kept me updated on their progress and any changes that needed to be made. Also pricing for two people was very fair!
